Classes
The classes that Angela facilitates have their background in Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Zen Yoga, combined with her physiotherapy background and knowledge.
Through gentle movement or holding specific postures, each class aims to invite the release of bodily tightness by bringing our awareness to holdings in the body. We are working with the body to invite greater ease and relaxation rather than attempting to conquer it into submission. When we force the body it often responds by tightening further. When we work with our bodies they often respond in kind.

Absolutely anyone. The classes are designed to be practiced by anyone of any age and ability. The classes helps to melt away the tightnesses and resistances that might be preventing us from enjoying the flow of life.
